In view of the Covid 19 pandemic, the office of the government pleader, appellate side (writ cell) has modified the rule for the submission of the physical copies of the writ petition, any paper or article in whatsoever manner.
The order Dtd.27.04.2020 prohibits the entry of any person in the office without prior approval of the concerned person of the office & it also mentions the communication must be done through electronic mode only as follows-
