The aggrieved people were also left unanswered by the MSEB staff who argued that auto generated SMS sent by them is sufficient notice for disconnecting the electricity connection for payment default. After observing the hardships faced by the common people the organization has decided to publish the information about the rule related to the disconnection of the electricity supply.
